Kruv Nitzanim (Ages 0 – 4)
Kruv Nitzanim is an enriching and uplifting Friday pre-Shabbat experience for 0-4 year old children and their parents and grandparents led by Rabbi Yonatan and Merav Sadoff. It includes story time in Hebrew, arts and crafts, Aleph-Bet yoga, and a song-filled Kabbalat Shabbat.
Zehoo (Ages 4 – 9)
Our Zehoo program on Sunday mornings enables young children to learn about Judaism and to develop their Jewish identity in a specific Masorti context, based on Masorti Judaism’s and Kehilat Nitzan’s values: Contemporary, Egalitarian, Traditional. The program, for children or grandchildren aged 4 – 9, involves its young members (the “Zehoovians”) in fun-filled mornings with music, craft, role-playing, holiday activities, and more with our chaverah, Marcie.
Kesher (ages 9-11)
Kesher is a bridge between Zehoo and b’nei mitzvah aged children. We
introduce Hebrew, and provide a deep dive into the chagim, prayers, Jewish
history, rituals, values, and Torah study.
